  • The Bank was formed with an initial capital of 10 million Euros. By the end of May 2009, Finansbank (Malta) Ltd had an issued capital of 100 million Euros and its capital base reached over 200 million Euros.
  • The Bank is 100% owned by National Bank of Greece.  
  • The Customer base consists of Small and Medium Enterprises, Large Corporate Clients and High Net worth Individuals.
  • The Bank is offering services in Deposits, Corporate Loans and Hedging Instruments.
